Urban Point

About the project

Urban Point was designed to be lived in — and it shows in the details. A small building of eight homes on a quiet street in Agioi Omologites, with the centre of Nicosia just minutes away. Everything here is carefully considered, so that each home keeps its own sense of space and privacy. Every apartment opens onto a covered veranda where summer evenings move outside. Schools, parks and morning coffee are a short walk away. Everything else is simply life.
